SPV 500 memory help

Hi,

I keep getting a warning that my memory is running low and I need to clear some space.

I have looked in the system info and it gives me the following:

total memory - 23.08mb

storage memory - 1.46mb (used 548kb, free 943kb)

program memory - 21.62mb (used 17.25mb, free 4.37mb)

and the bit that concerns me;

Storage (flash) 27.98mb

used - 27.07mb

free - 639kb

storage card - 14.02 mb (used 32kb, free 13.98kb)

The flash memory concerns me as I can't seem to find the file to make some space.

I may be going about it all wrong so any advice is appreciated.

I had someone send me a video via BT, could this be the problem. Saying that I can't find it anywhere on the phone.
