Guest daedos59 Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 (edited) I know the hardware is the same, but can't decide between the two. I love the look of the SP5 but the extra music functionaltity (buttons) on the SP5m looks really handy. How useful are these music buttons and can you use them to pause / skip tracks that are playing whilst the phone is in standby? Is the 0-9 keypad too cramped because of the buttons? Guest gilesjuk Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 My question is do these buttons control music playback no matter what application is in view? That would be useful. Of course the most useful thing would be to move all the controls onto a remote and have nice big keys again.
Guest wingnutLP Posted November 3, 2005 Report Posted November 3, 2005 yes the keyboard is smaller but i have had no problem coming from the c500. the music buttons work the music in any program but if for example you are typing a text and you skip track it switces you to media player and you then have to hit back to go back to the text. If anyone knows how to stop it switching to the application please let me know ;)
