Guest fru Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 (edited) first thanks for the quick answer... when I copy the ppt file to my smartphone its converted to a ppv file or to a prc file and with clear vue i can't open those filetypes Edited October 13, 2005 by fru
Guest GuyAdams Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 Its the active sync conversions, you need to turn them off. Active sync by defaut converts .doc, .xls, .ppt to the Pocket Office versions. Go to: Active sync > Options > Conversion Settings > Uncheck ' Convert files when synchronise, copied or moved. Then when you copy a .ppt to your phone it wont mess with the file name. Regards GuyAdams
