Automatic Profile

I've used and experimented with "Automatic" profile with limited success, it has the basis of a very useful function.

Problem is; whatever status of appointment I choose, the alternatives being "Free", "Tentative", "Busy", "Out Of Office", they all turn the phone into "Meeting" Profile when set to "Automatic".

Obviously if you are not in a meeting then it would be preferable to have the phone ring in "normal" profile. I'd like to be able to set the phone up so that if I selected the appointment status to be "Free" then the phone would stay in "Normal" profile when set to "Automatic".

I hope you can see what I'm trying to do here and suggest a solution.
