Album Art

I need some help anyone, I have album art in the media player on my pc, when i sync, with the phone, only some of the art is trnasferred. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it.

'If you do as I do, and copy albums to the SD card in a self contained directory, save the album art to a file called folder.jpg and that will be displayed in WMP.'

I found this quote in another post, but i don't understand the instructions, can anyone put this in dummy terms for me please.

I think u'll need to locate the .jpg album art files on your desktop pc, then transfer them to the same folder on your 'phone (recommend the storage card to save phone mem) as the album. Then rename the file folder.jpg and it should work.

At least, that's how I understood that earlier post. Haven't tried it myself and don't actually KNOW where the album art is kept on a desktop. Sorry!
