How do i get skins on my home screen

I have been browsing the site and i have seen some fantastic skins for the SPV C500, How do i get them on my phone, i'm not talkin the broin ordinary skins, i'm talking about the skins where icons have been rearranged all over the place, and it just looks like a totally new interface. What am i missing?
