Yes it is. Use RJ Shortcut. There is documentation of how to on the site. There are lots of examples of homescreens using it on MoDaCo, for example click the "ultimate homescreens" link in my sig and click on ultimascreen - that's an example of how to use RJ Shortcut.

If you need any help with the xml feel free to post on here again and I'll try to help you do what you want.

okay, so ive got my RJ plugin working fine.

is there a way to make add a button image, so that when scrolling the icons, it uses said image.

<shortcutbar button-image="IPSM\Application Data\Home\changeicon.bmp" button-transparent-color="#FF00FF" icon-spacing="2" icon-size="small">

doesnt seem to work

Not sure what you mean...button-image is for changing the background of the icons - good for making cursors etc.

Do you mean you want to use a custom icon for one of your program shortcuts?

If so in the tag put the iconfile="" attribute with the location of your icon in between the speech marks.

eg.

You should note that although bmps jpgs gifs and icos and icon resources are supported, only the gifs and icons can have transparency.

HTH ;)
