Can't change car profile in Mpx220

Hi,

When I am charging my MPX220, it switches automatically to "car profile"and it is impossible to change it to another profile.

The problem is that in "car profile", I have no sound and no vibrating. I have tried

to change the profile but it doesn't help. Even after a Hard Reset, I can't modify this profile. I can theoretically modify it but it doesn't help because even after having assigned sounds to the profile, I don't hear any sounds.

Any idea how to deactivate the car profile?

I have the same problem. It just started for me, but since ur post is old did u find out what the problem was?

I have given you some solutions in the post you made.

Check the connector and the socket on the phone for damage or contamination as a short between pins can cause this problem.
