port from O2 sim only

Hi

wonderin if anyone can help on this, im currently on an online sim only tariff on O2. I want to stay on O2 but port my number to a full contrat from the o2 shop. Now i thought that couldnt be done but when i was lookin on the O2 site i cam across this statment.

How do I transfer my number between O2 Service Providers?

Transferring your number between O2 Service Providers

If you are an existing O2 customer, wishing to move to a different Service Provider within O2, then contact your customer service team to request a Port Authorisation Code (PAC).

Once you have this please 'Contact Us' by clicking on the link below and remember to provide us with the following information so we can ensure we deal with your transfer efficiently:

•  The number you wish to keep

•  New O2 mobile number

•  New O2 SIM card number

•  The PAC

Now does that mean from the online O2 too the normal O2 store??

Can anyone clear this up?
