Problem with homescreen

Hello everybody.

First of all, thanks for all the advices I found here. They were very helpfull.

Secondly, my problem. I found some nice homescreens I installed on my SVP C550. The problem is that most of them are displayed weird. For example: One of the homescreens display SMS, Profile, but the variables that should be behind them, are to high displayed.

Like this:

0

New SMS:

Orange

Provider:

It's really annoying. The images have the size of 176x200 what should be the right size. Hopefully someone can help me out.

I don't have a C550, but this migh have to do with needing to add target-width="240" & target-height="320" to the default section of the xml.

Is the "New SMS:" and "Provider:" part of the background image? If so you could just be missing one of the required plugins.

It's with allmost all the homescreens i try to install.

That's the one I want on my mobile now. The provider, SMS, agenda are ok now, but now are the shortcuts on the wrong place.

You cannot use homescreens from that category due to the lower screen resolution.

The ones you can install on the C550 are QVGA ones (320x240) as SinnisterJunkie suggest

Thanks for the advice. Guess I just have to wait till there are more C550 homescreens made. ;)
