Guest tonythedude Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 Can anybody offer me some help, i have a c500 which iam trying toget TomTom mobile to work on. The problem is that when i load TomTom up it just says the signal was lost or no gps signal available. I have tried another good working gps receiver but still it does not recognise the signal, the device is paired ok because the bluetooth led on the receiver flashes rapidly which indicates pairing!! I have the check box com7 ticked and com6 unchecked in the BT serial setup. Could it be the Tomtom software at fault or maybe something else on the phone i have not set up. any help would be much appreciated. Regards Tony

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 Just use the TomTOm GPS and the traffic update available from TomTom. This should fix your problems.
