spv e100 memory card access

Hi, I have just got an old school e100 only to find I had no memory to store anything new on, I have the phone synced to pc and the pc recognises the memory card as a folder within the phone, I have sucesfully stored data from the pc to the memory card but how do i access this data from my phone?

Can anyone help as I can see no obvious way to get at the data stored on the mem card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
