Ive had my c550 for just over a month now..

Gotta say im not keen on it, slow doing simple tasks with nothing added to the handset and also getting weird echo noise during calls, sometimes very LOUD!

Im thinking id rather change handset all together ...

any idea from orange users if they will do that?

Unlikely they will change it for a different handset now, the normal policy is 14 days.

I've not had a problem with my C550 so may be worth trying a hard reset then if that does not work try asking for a warranty replacement.
