Guest lopezpm Posted October 20, 2005 Report Posted October 20, 2005 I have Sprint right now and I want to switch. My contract expires in November. I got the MPx220 for Cingular and I am trying it out for 30 days. I was going to get the I930 for Nextel but it's kind of hard to get right now. Is the I930 better than the MPx220? If so, how is it better? I am not worried about the price, I get a corporate discount for both phones. I just don't want to regret staying with the MPx220 if the I930 is a way better phone.

I'm a nextel user for work purposes so I have the i930. Major problem with the 930 so far are the subsidy locks on the phone. Not sure if the mpx is like that but the applications available to download on the 930 right now are pretty limited. Also there is no bluetooth available on the 930. Supposedly you will be able to do it via a bluetooh sdio card but no one has done it that I know of.
Guest monkeygadge Posted October 20, 2005 Report Posted October 20, 2005 MPX ALL THE WAY!! ;) :D :D :D :( :( :D :D
Guest lopezpm Posted October 20, 2005 Report Posted October 20, 2005 On paper the MPx220 does sound better. I just thought since the i930 just came out it would be better than the MPx220. But it doesn't look like it. You can install anything on the MPx220 it's not application locked like the I930. Thanks for the replies, anyone else have experience with these 2.
