Where can I find a free program for editing mp3 or wma or any other audio file?

I want to be able to cut a audio file in pieces of any length without looseing the quality!

You can trim sections of audio on Goldwave

You could also use nero wave editor (comes as standard with most xp pc's)

Is great as you can cut tracks up prcisely as it shows the actual sound wave.
