Tom Tom Mobile, HELP!

Hi,

I just got tom tom mobile 5 for my SPV C550. When I run the program all I get is a green screen, with white lines running across. The lines look like its supposed to be the text. If I press a button it switches to different screen, again with the lines running across the screen. Is there some kind of setting in the phone that I can change so that the screens will display properly?

If it helps it is windows mobile 2003 second edition on my phone.

Any help will be much appreciated!
