If ur having trouble finding these, then ask me for the links on the discussinon of this download. Also keep an eye out as i will be uploading a similar screen featuring the clock of RJtime and 2 nice backdrops featuring Jennifer Ellison and one of Christina Aguilera :D Updated Mon, Jan 30 2006 1:07 pm View File
Guest pvv Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 Hey, Nice screen, but the facade plugin is in the wrong resolution... It looks very little on my c550... You have any idea's? By the way, how did you change the lettertype? Thanks, Peter
Guest w411y Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 Hey thanks for the feedback. Dr Blow had problems with people saying that the facade plugin looked small on his screen too. However other peoples were fine. His solution was to open the xml yourself in Notepade and edit the default font size for facade. Have you decerted your phone? If not then uninstal facade , decert your phone and then reinstall facade. Perhaps this will work Regarding the system font ... theres a link somewhere here in GPC's Blog

TNX so far, especially the quick reply!!! But what do you mean with decerting my phone? Didn't heard that before..... Just tried to change the default size, but isn't coming together yet... I'll keep trying.... Greetz
Guest w411y Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 Decerting your phone means that you can use unsigned freeware (I think thats how to explain it :?: ) Heres one method of decerting your phone (also sim unlocking so you can use sims of other networks in your device) ... Here There are other ways of decerting your phone. What trouble you having with editing the xml?
Guest pvv Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 Ok, I know what you mean.... Just didn't know the english word :?: I'm going to change it now... You just go to the value's, select them and change it there....? For the xml, I have to change the font-size in the top of the xml? it's about the 4th line from the top, standard = 14.....? Will get started on decerting the phone now, i'll get back to you
Guest w411y Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 Regards to the XML ..... Find the subheading "<!-- Global/default settings for all instances of the Facade Plugin Control -->" on the 5th line down from this you will see that the default font size for facade is 6... just change this to something bigger and try that. Im not sure if youve edited XML before but incase you havnt... When you save it, make sure the file name ends with .home.xml and thed drop down underneath where you type the file name should be set to "All Files" and not "Text Document(*.txt)"

Found it, edited it and it works...The font is now readable, so that helps a lot! But now the icons (agenda & tasks) are still wrong... They're too small and are not align in the middle.... Have to go now, so can't try annymore right now... I'll go on later this evening, will keep you posted... Thanx so far!
