Guest georgek7 Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 i keep seeing this orange thing everywhere and i was just wondering what it was... this topic may have been covered before but i cant find it so yeah..sorry
Guest monkeygadge Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 I think you are refering to Orange - a UK network provider.
Guest fluffcat1 Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 i keep seeing this orange thing everywhere and i was just wondering what it was... this topic may have been covered before but i cant find it so yeah..sorry Orange are a network / service provider and they used to be cutting edge in terms of mobile data / smartphone usage. IIRC they were the first to rollout the HTC Canary. They brand the HTC mobiles they sell in europe as their own - but are fast being approached / overtaken by T-mobile with their MDA range in terms of customer service. HTH. Richard
Guest Tech Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 really you dont want to know about orange... really. its a uk network provider (celluar) which are turning into poor quality as days go by
Guest Disco Stu Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Their TV adverts are rather nice though. Just seen the new one with the dancers - 'relationships get better with time' or something like that. Very sweet ;)
Guest Disco Stu Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 i keep seeing this orange thing everywhere and i was just wondering what it was... this topic may have been covered before but i cant find it so yeah..sorry <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh.....unless......you're not having a paranoid episode involving a spacehopper are you ? ;)
Guest beckershoff Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 (edited) In the Netherlands they also have a network, they are a little bit overpriced but their service is perfect (except the software updates, but thats country related i think). Btw. the colour Orange is also the colour of our royal family. Edited October 24, 2005 by beckershoff
Guest peekie Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 orange nl are expensive unless you have a whole family with the orange phones then the 2000 minutes per month for 10 euros is cheap ;)
Guest Disco Stu Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Btw. the colour Orange is also the colour of our royal family. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They should drink less Sunny Delight then..... ;) (I'm on a roll here :D )
Guest chucky.egg Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 ... or cut down on the fake tan maybe I can't believe that nobody said "It's a fruit" What a waste of an obvious joke.
Guest smartjarratt Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 why are we going on about orange?
Guest Samsonite Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 more importantly, why is Orange Jam called marmalade?
Guest thegoods12188 Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 no. wow i live in the u.s and i even know what orange is lol :lmao:
Guest fluffcat1 Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 why are we going on about orange? Did you not read the OP? This is an Orange focus group to plan their forthcoming advertising. So far, we have a giant royal orange dancing, whilst talking on a phone, drinking sunny delight and eating marmalade on toast saying: 'I'm sorry, we have no record of your previous call to us, but let me take some details and my supervisor will never get back to you ever. Your call is important to us, but we're going to hang up on you anyway.' Now that would make me watch TV more... Richard
Guest monkeygadge Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Can we have him in an Orange lifeboat with Orange armbands on singing "Follow Follow"?
Guest fluffcat1 Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Can we have him in an Orange lifeboat with Orange armbands on singing "Follow Follow"? No, that's just silly really... ;) Oh, alright then. As long as for a finale it wrestles with a giant 'T', 'V', '3'and an Oxygen bubble in a mad max style thunderdome chanting '5 network enter, 1 network leave'...... Richard
Guest Pondrew Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Stop it guys! I can't stop laughing  ;) :D :D
Guest fluffcat1 Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Stop it guys! I can't stop laughing  ;) :D :D No! I'm curious how a giant Oxygen bubble would fight a giant Orange. With Orange armbands. In an Orange lifeboat. In the Thunderdome. Notice how all O2's idents are actually air bubbles in water? And our hero is in a lifeboat? Hmmmmm..... Answers on a (forum post) card please... But whoever won would DEFINATLEY win my custom at contract renewel time. Richard
Guest georgek7 Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 ok thanks i only needed one definition lol..
