SPV C500 - getting rid of small 'G' near

hi all

can someone tell me how i get rid of the small g near the battery power reception bars on my pphone please

If it's the little G that appears on top of the reception bar (which means you have a GPRS connection active) then press and hold the home button which will give you a GPRS disconnect option. If it's the big G in the middle then that just means GPRS is available.
