GPRS, WAP and MMS settings on C550 for O2 Contract

PLEB NEEDS SOME SERIOUS HELP :|

I am a total novice (PLEB) to this sort of this. I've got a C550, unlocked and on O2 contract. I've been reading through the numerous threads re: setting up mms, gprs etc. etc. and to be honest they have just send me round the bend. Non seem to work for me and all are understandably written for the more expereinced smartphone user so I dont really know is i'm doing things right in the first place.

are available but i'm not sure if when i set these settings that i'm putting them in the right place

Can anyone clearly state the settings required to get my O2 contract C550 on web, and sending MMS messages.
