Guest BenVic Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Hi, My work colleague sent me some video clips which runs smoothly on Windows Media Player. Only problem there is no sound - has anyone else experienced this? It plays the ring tones ok! Many thanks in advance, Ben...
Guest martin Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Is the volume turned up full using the buttons on the side of the phone ?
Guest BenVic Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 Is the volume turned up full using the buttons on the side of the phone ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yep, full volume. These are ASF files - they definately have sound as it plays on my laptop. Any other ideas? Thanks...
Guest BenVic Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 Just tried some other movies and the sound was fine on these... I wonder if there is a limit of the file size?
Guest MiG:uK Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 probably due to the codec of the music file, could be something weird that WMP10 doesnt support.

Its not the end of the world though, just the phone is a new novelty for me as I last upgraded my mobile 4-5 years ago. Thanks for all your help, I'm sure I'll post something else very soon! ;)
