Help with homescreens

I have downloaded a few homescreen packages in .zip format. Can anyone help me with how to get them onto my Motorola MPx220 phone and install them?

You need to extract (unzip) the archive first then copy the contents to \Storage\Application Data\Home and then load the homescreen XML via Settings > Homescreen > Homescreen layout

Ok that helps a lot, but 1 more thing. How do I get the "missed calls" or other pages to work?
