c550 taking photos

Ok, i know the c550 makes a new folder for photos taken each day and i suppose this was to keep things organized but is really becoming a nuisence :x

Is there a way to stop the phone doing this and puttin all taken photos into one folder? maybe a reg tweak.... could be a totw ;)

while we're on the subject on taking photos in C550. i would like to know if there are any utilities available for synchronising photos from the phone to PC...and even vice-versa?

i know we can do a copy and paste, but i just think it could be more convenient to have this option available. my old treo 600 can do it, why not the C550?
