how to get find deleted files, C500

I put some files in the /temp directory before I wanted to send them to my PC with Smartexplorer.

What I wasn't smart enough to figure was that appently these files here are deleted when I turn off the phone and turn it back on. :oops:

Is there any way to get these files back? Can I somehow restore them?
