C500 Ain't loading up!

my SPV C500 aint loading up when i start it, its getting stuck on the "Windows Mobile" level! i need help really fast from u guys!! or some1 would tell if the reset would help!! ... 10x alot!

Hard Reset is a drastic solution, but 99% certain to fix it, and fix it quickly

If you don't have time to try things like booting without a memory card, swapping the battery etc then it's about your only choice.

You could try a hard reset but you would lose all personal information currently stored on the phone.

Then again, there is not much else you can do in that situation.

i tried the hard reset and still NOTHING!! i have no idea what 2 do and the C500 is brand new so what could be the problem?! any help would be great!!

Send it back, you don't want to get stuck with a turkey.

If you bought it online or over the phone, and in the UK, you have 14 days in which to return it and cancel any associated contract.

I always buy this sort of stuff online for exactly that reason

my last option is the new windown mobile5, if i'll install the new windows on my c500 do you think maybe that would fix the problem??

It might fix it. But if it doesn't you'll be stuck with a broken phone which, because you've upgraded the ROM and hence invalidated the warranty (and also broken the law), they can just refuse to repair/replace it. And probably charge you for carriage too. And you'll still have to pay off whatever contract you've got.

Best just to return it.

can some1 plz tell me how do i make this Hard reset?? cuz i tried the normal reset and it didnt help!
