ActiveSync 4.1 and Outlook contacts with photos

According to release notes for ActiveSync 4.1 it supports now contacts sync with photos from Outlook 2003.

I have both installed and not sure if photos are syncing or not (not sure how to tell on my MPX220) but incoming calls definetely not showing any pictures.

Anybody?

Sory but you can only sync your Outlook photos mit a windows mobile 5 smartphone, like the qtek 8310 or the imate sp5, but not with the mpx 220.
