please help! stupid user needs urgent assistance..

i did terrible mistakes, yes, as a new smartphone user, i should had been smarter than this..

i downloaded SmartInsert V2.0, and added in the accessories program.. after i d/l the program into my XphoneII, i tried to use it while sending a text message.. but apparently it did not work at all..

so what i did was, i opened the explorer, i clicked on the smartinsert application and associated the program with messaging program..

and now, everytime i try to open other programs, whether it is accessories or games, the phone requires for a inbox secure password (yep, i have downloaded the RV Smart Secure Inbox also), and after i type the password, it brings me into the messaging program, not the program that i was going to open..

please help me, i tried to hard reset my smartphone but several attempts never worked out.. are there any ways to sort this problem?

i am so desperate..

try deleting the program manually

What do you mean by 'hard reset' ?

If you mean turn phone off/on have a look at the pinned topics in Help & Advice or the xPhone sections for the instructions.
