Need help with Smartione

I am having trouble deleting programs from my Audiovox SMT 5600. I tried the remove programs options in the settings. Phone tells me unable to delete. I also tried using Active Sync with phone connected to pc also no delete. Also tried file manager and the same, unable to delete file. I read on this foum about a program called Smartione that might help me with this problem. I downloaded it on my pc. Could somebody please tell me how to use Smartione . First post. Thanks Dave

is it a problem of deleting all programs or just one or a few specific programs?

Reboot your device, then try to uninstall again. Might be some files are locked because of previous use.

Maybe try File > Security > Unlock.
