Downgrading ROM

Hi,

Recently got a replacement handset from Orange, another SPV C500, but when I try to set up an outgoing port to conect to my Bluetooth GPS device, the option is grayed out?

Do I need to downgrade my firmware to an older one, to get the menus back that where on my other handset, or is this not possible??
