Anyone help an idiot please

Hi

Have had a C550 for a month now and am frustrated by the fact that I know it can do so much, yet dont know how to get it to do it

Some questions and problems I have are as follows ....

(1) Can I use MP3s etc for custom ring tones ? If so where should I store them and how do I set them

(2) Same as above but for Message tones - can I have custom tones when text messages arrive ?

(3) How (and remeber I am an idiot) can I get one of those nice main menu screens - something that looks different from the standard one

(4) How do I get video clips to play on the phone ? Does it have to be a custom video file or will any AVI file do ? again where should it go to play ?

(5) Games - is it just a case of syncing to the phone from a PC to get games onto the phone

(6) Sat Nav - Bloke at work saw the phone and commented on how it can do Sat Nav - is this correct ? Does it and if so how

I am sorry for all the questions but the phone has no manual and I could just do wih some tips on how to get the best from it

6. you need additional software and (of course) hardware - TomTom for example
