help me.

im using an imate sp3. last week i got this problem.my phone whenever clicked on any of the programs it says ur certificate is not digitally signed ....or cannot locate the file.....it takes around 4-5 minutes to start and shuts down automatically after around 10min.i can acces files such as setting but it cannot enter further(i.e sounds,...).i cant even access the sysem files. whats wrong. is it a virus. should i insall the whole os again (if i could). my mobile is a display piece used in stores for customers.i managed to get one of tht.is tht the problem. holla

The good news is that it will not be a virus as there are no viruses for the Smartphone at the moment.

By thge sounds of things something has screwed with the registry though and it may be worth doing a hard reset.

This will wipe the phone and return it to it's factory defaults but shoudl fix your problem as a good clearout is always worth doing once in a while.

Don't forget you will need to reinstall your apps and contacts again.

hey what if i just update my rom version from orange.net

my current version is 4.21.1088(build 14132)

can i ? would it b better.
