Guest RobP Posted October 31, 2005 Report Posted October 31, 2005 I am unable to access British Airports Authoritywith my M2000. The operation times out and Pocket Explorer shuts down. The previous website worked fine, but since they put the new one online I've had no joy at all. As a chauffeur visiting the airport several times a day I need up to date arrivals information. At present I have to pay BAA 30p per flight for a text message using their Flying Messenger service. This is annoying as the information is available for free on the web. Could a few of you kind folk with M2000's try it out for me and let me know if you have any success. Thanks in advance.

Maybe one day, if MS decides that, hey, the web has evoloved, but our browser hasn't, and they sit down and actually update their IE and pIE, we will be able to surf the net without the browser shutting down. One beautiful day. /dreamer

Guest RobP Posted November 1, 2005 Report Posted November 1, 2005 Have you tried using the THUNDERHAWK browser? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'll certainly give that a try - thanks!
Guest RobP Posted November 13, 2005 Report Posted November 13, 2005 I'll certainly give that a try - thanks! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I can't speak highly enough of Thunderhawk and in particular their Technical Support. Not only does their browser work with the BAA website but they are working on a modification so that an additional scroll bar will appear within the browser window to enable full viewing of the arrivals list. They are doing this when I am still on my month's free trial too! Great service.
