QTEK OS crashes when congestion problems

Just spoke with O2 technical support, I have all kind of problems with their network. Basically sometimes I can't make/receive a phone call. They figured out that there is a congestion problem in my neighbourhood. The qtek OS is known to crash in a case of congestion problems. The only way to get the phone working again is to restart the phone or to manually select the network again.

Other people on this forum have the same problem see topics like incoming problems.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this problem? Is it a acknowledged problem at qtek?

Because of these problems O2 ended my contract and I'm going to vodafone. So hoppefully no more problems for me.
