just recently lost my c500 and claimed for a new one through insurance. they sent me a silver one and now i can't download things like pockettv and beta player and other things which have the auto install.

when it gets to the add/remove programmes part it just stops. i also can't access add/remove on the actual active sync tools. it says not responding.

could you help please. its frustrating

May be worth trying a hard reset as you should not have install problems if you have created a new partnership with Activesync and the new C500
