Will o2 get an SP5 update of the O2 XDA SP?

Hi there. Just wondering if anyone has heard of o2 getting their own version of the SP5/C600 any time soon? I understand that the XDA SP is essentially a C500, so I'm guessing an updating verision should be on the cards.

I'm with Orange at the moment on an old Virgin-EQ tarif, so upgrades are a no-no. I'd like a C600 when it comes out, preferably on a £20 or so contract (I don't mind paying for the phone), but due to the Virgin-EQ deal I can't keep my number and change contract (so I have been told). o2 have got some good deals at the moment (the £19 p/m webonly deal springs to mind), so I'd like to get the o2 C600 equivalent on that then get a PAC code to transfer my number. Of course a C600 with the same number would also be nice.

I think the O2 XDA SP is basically the same as the imate SP3i and therefore the SPV C550. Amazed O2's "new release" is actually almost instantly out of date with reference to Windows Mobile 2005!!! ;)

A bit unfair on the SPV C550 as it's a newer generation Smartphone (a HTC Hurricane) to the SP3i and the O2 XDA SP (which you are right is one and the same device - the HTC Feeler)

EDIT: the most amazing thing to me in O2 launching this Smartphone so long after everyone else is that it's ALREADY outdated. And I don't mean with regards WM5 but with regards having the old lower resolution of older Smartphone like the C500.
