hi this should be easy for you guys, ive got the m500, how do i play vids without the dam thing jumping the image is crystal clear but it skips every couple of seconds??? what am i doing wrong?

Depends on the video. Different codecs require more power. Different encoding options (e.g. bitrate) also could cause this. You can convert video to a format that'll play better. For example, if you conver the resolution to match the phones, the phone doesn't have to waste a lot of CPU time scaling the image to fit your display.

I don't use Windows Media Player myself, there are other better (free) ones out there. Try "betaplayer", though it's now called something else. It might work better with your existing videos.
