Guest afhstingray Posted November 3, 2005 Report Posted November 3, 2005 When i recieve my spv m5000 tomorrow i will also recieve a USIM (3g sim) Now my plan was to use the m5000 most of the time, but put the sim card in my spv C500 when i need a more compact device (e.g. jogging). I dont think i can use the USIM in the C500 though. Is it possible to get 2 sim cards? One USIM and one normal SIM? with the same number???
Guest shadamehr Posted November 3, 2005 Report Posted November 3, 2005 I have a Nokia 6680 and an i-mate SP5 just arrived... I can't 'properly' use the SP5 until I decide it's really right for me as my main phone, becuase my 3G sim WON'T work in it. To get it to work I will need to order, or re-activate, an old style SIM card. And of course, once I do that, then I can no longer use my 6680. Crazy stupid isn't it. You'd think we'd have had dual format SIM cards by now... and they wonder why 3G takeup is so poor... Because once you get a 3G device, kiss your ass bye-bye to using any other device with your SIM then... STUPID... just stupid innit?
