Question for Fluffcat1 re missing keypad

Several weeks ago, I made a mistake. I ordered a replacement keypad on ebay from Fluffcat1 who is also user of this Forum for an SPV C550 instead of a C500. I realised the error when it was promptly delivered, emailed the vendor who is a Powerseller with good feedback, and he told me no problem, return it with an agreed amount in stamps to cover postage and he would send me the C500 kepad. It never arrived and all my emails to him have been ignored. There isn't a huge amount involved but even though I was the one who stupidly ordered the wrong one, I am out of pocket the purchase price, postage plus additional postage for the replacement. If you see this Fluffcat1, what is the problem?

THough im sure we have forum rules on slagging off other users . . . . email a complaint about him to ebay, and tell everyone you know.

Hardly the place for it but I feel I have been slighted so must defend myself...

This user returned the item *2 weeks* later for exchange, and did not send back to me via recorded or provide money for return recorded postage for the correct replacement. I posted a replacement item the next working day and also obtained a certificate of posting for the item. As this user declined recorded delivery for the item the second time I am not responsible for it's loss as I have proof of postage.

So do I....almost as much as I hate people who abuse internet forums ;)

OK - I have removed my last reponse as the keypad arrived this morning (posted yesterday). It's a pity I didn't get a reply to my emails over the past couple of weeks - good communication keeps everything on the right track.

I don't think my original post "slighted" or "slagged off" anyone, it was just a statement of fact with a request for information as to what the position was.
