Where is the bluetooth active sync guide?

there was an excellent bluetooth activesync setup guide i've used many times, but have never had the good sense to download.

I've searched for ages before i posted this, either im tired (which is possible) OR the search facility is possibly lacking slightly . . im sorry guys but we do get alot of questions like mine becuase people can't find stuff they need.

anyway if someone could link the guid for me i'd most appreciate it . . . i know its round here somewhere ;)
