Guest nafem Posted November 5, 2005 Report Posted November 5, 2005 (edited) Another ActiveSync Problem I recently upgraded my Exchange server to SP2 and at the time we only used C500 handsets, Activesync 3.8 and all was fine. We recently upgraded our handsets to M5000 and iMate SP5 and Activesync 4.0 and we can no longer synchronise over GPRS. It works when plugged in to USB and uses passthrough and it works over WiFi but not over GPRS or 3G(on M5000). It connects, reports how many items need updating and then fails. Has anyone experienced this and resolved the problem? I thought it was a problem with a protocol it used to connect over GPRS but I have not found any information about this. Any ideas you clever people? Edit----------------------- Not that any of you have a clue what the solution is, I have now discovered that I can Activesync over 3G but still not GPRS. I look forward to seeing all your solutions come flooding in. BTW. I have posted this from my M5000, it is great once you get used it. Edited November 11, 2005 by nafem
