Turn the phone on while holding the blue center button. You might have to reboot the phone several times to actually get into the OS, I've found this in 2 mpx200s.

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted November 12, 2005 Report Posted November 12, 2005 Is the battery charged ok? Otherwise try the hard reset again.

Guest ZSX Posted November 15, 2005 Report Posted November 15, 2005 You have to be REALLY patient. After a hard reset the phone takes what feels like an eternity to boot beyond the HelloMoto screen!
Guest veisen Posted November 25, 2005 Report Posted November 25, 2005 hi remove power down phone remove sim card power up boot system power down phone insert sim and power up
Guest XiSt3nCe Posted January 13, 2006 Report Posted January 13, 2006 (edited) Lots of people have this problem with off-brand batteries, if yours is off-brand; You might consider a replacement. If not, follow the hard-resetting advice. It takes like 10mins to get off the 'HelloMoto' screen right after you reset. Peace. Edited January 13, 2006 by XiSt3nCe
