Wifi networks

Never connected to a wifi network before ........amd ive found ive got a few around my area ......can i connect to any of these are are they for public access do i need a password or anything to access them.

Also ive heard about he macdonalds wifi networks do i need some password to access these or not? :?: :?: :?:

Not daft if you don't know!!

To access McDs networks you need to buy access vouchers, as you do with quite a few other WiFi hot spots, however there are numerous free public access points, just google your area and see what comes up ;)
