Restore the MSN Messenger link on the Start Menu

Really simple one this... it bugs the hell out of me having to go into the Pocket MSN menu to get to Messenger.

This CAB simply puts the MSN Messenger direct link back in the Start Menu... see screenshot ;)

Just a quick note that this works on PPCs as well.
