Help needed for original files & folders

Hi all. I'm trying to revive my dead mio8390 and slowly having idea of what's wrong with my phone. Probably some apps so deleted some files and folders and now i can at least see the home screen but still start menu is not working which i think is i accidentally deleted. iF somebody can provide me with original files and folders as a zip file so that i can at least hard reset. I don't know posting such topic is violation here but you can send me zip file in my mail [email protected]. BTW receiving and calling to cantacts is working fine. Thanks and hoping for some reply ;)

best idea is to flash the rom.
