SP3i Replacement/joystick

Hey all,

I've got an SP3i and the joystick has broken and come off, It's still under warranty and I have tried contacting sbe-ltd.co.uk. Cannot get through at all, which is really annoying because all I want is the part because I'm due for an upgrade at the end of the month, and would like the SP3i to be defect free when I upgrade.

So does anyone know where I can get a replacement joystick with the rubber base?
