Using Windows Media Encoder

I think this seems the best way of using video, it shrinks the files right down, full screen as well, quality not perfect but what do ya think...............................

I tend to use Nero's tools for converting video, and/or virtualdub if I need to change codecs only, or re-sync audio - eg making audio CBR, if VBR is causing floating audio sync
