Crashing/Freezing Problems

Right. To start off i am fairly new to all of this so you will have to bear with me. Bought my SPV E100 about a week ago. Installed next to nothing. 3 games (on memory card) and pocket candy- along with a few screensavers.

However when i paly my favorite screensaver - Matrix!!! After a few minutes the "loading" icon apears "the circle with 4 different colours which circles round and round..showing the phone is wokring. However after this i cannot seem to stop the screensaver where normally any button would take me back to "home", now it doesnt register at all and phone is frozen on screensaver!!!!

cant even power down! so have to resort to taking the battery out...obviously not good. :D anyone else have problems like this?? or have any idea of how to resolve?
