Got my MDA Vario this morning. Nice! ;)

But.... when I try to connect to the web, it's asking me for the settings, which strangely aren't preset in the phone. (I've tried CS but apparently they're 'unable to connect' my call)

As I've got 40 meg of inclusive data I'd really like to get started.

Does anybody know the following settings for T-Mobile?

ISP Server phone number

User Name

Password

Access point name

Thanks in advance,

Andy

Andy - had a look a mine:

Select Celular Line (GPRS)

Access Point: general.t-mobile.uk

user name: t-mobile

Password: I don't know this, try leaving it blank.

Server: DNS 149.254.1.14

Alt: 149.254.1.15

Have you tried looking on the t-mobile website?

Failing that, try a hrd reset and let the T-Mobile software reload. Might sort it out.

Regards

Breezy

The T-Mobile settings from my MDA III (although your Vario SHOULD have this all in rom, have you tried hard resetting to see if that restores them?):

T-Mobile GPRS (Web)

Cellular Line (GPRS)

general.t-mobile.uk

username: user

password: one2one

Under Proxy Settings tick 'this network connects to the internet

There are other settings you'll need such as MMS Network but these should really be in rom. I'd recommend just hardresetting to see if that restores them, otherwise let us know if u need more help
