Guest sjalloq Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 I've just downloaded the O2 UK CAB file and installed it on my SP5. I was hoping that it would set up things like the voicemail number etc. I can't seem to see what it's done and it certainly hasn't fixed the speed dial. I'm not sure if this is also a bug, but I can't edit the speed dial value for voicemail. If I got to Start Menu->Speed Dial and select the Voicemail speed dial, I can click the Edit soft key, but can't get the text box to stop over the Value box. As a result, it's impossible to enter the telephone number. Anyone else managed to do it or know what the iMate cab file was supposed to do? Thanks.
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 That should set up all your GPRS / MMS settings etc, not sure about voicemail tho... thought that was pulled from the SIM? P
Guest sjalloq Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 (edited) Yeah, you're right, I can send and receive MMS now. All I needed to do was make the change to the O2 address under MMSC settings that shademehr described in a previous post. Still can't work out how to edit that speed dial though. Guest UniqueTouch Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 Doesn't pressing and holding the "1" key dial voicemail for you? O2 Voicmail number is '901'. If it isn't setup then enter this in the following section... Settings > Phone > Call Options > Voice mail number: 901 Mine is working after ok I did this.

Maybe the APN isn't set up right at the Operator's end for some users? Anyway, pleased it helped.
