Also got my first Brodit 'move' mount, which lets me switch devices/cars at will, fab!

Where did you get your's from Paul? I can't seem to find anywhere that sells it where you don't need to be a distributor/reseller.

I couldn't actually find the mount for the SP5 on the Handnav website...but did track one down on http://www.mobilefun.co.uk.

Can you confirm that the move mount would allow you to switch between two devices in the same car, I'm thinking of mobile & ipod, I emailed this question to Brodit a while ago but havent' had a reply.

Yes it will; that's the whole point of the move mount!

That exactly what the move mount is for.

I have a move car-side bit of the mount in each of our 2 cars, then the other part stuck on a SP5 holder, a C5/600 holder and an iPaq holder.

Then, whichever car i'm in with whichever device, I can have the right mount.

Thanks for that, the Brodit info seems to suggest it's more for mounting the same holder on two different clips/cars.

Just wanted to make sure that if I bought all the necessary clips and mounts I wouldn't have to go out and buy a second car to use them all :)

Hello there,

Can anyone comment on whether the SPV C550 will fit this mount? I've asked in a separate thread as to whether the C550 would fit the Brodit holder for the C600 and was told the C550 is slightly bigger than the C600 but that it is pretty much the same size as the SP5. Can anyone comment as to whether it will fit, particuarly as I wish to have a powered mount for navigation in the car.
